Board of Trustees Special Meeting

The Library Board of Trustees is calling a special meeting on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 4:30pm in Community Room A at the Sandpoint Branch Library.

Agenda:
Proposed Budget for FY 2024
Resolution to reserve forgone

Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code 74-206 (1) (a), which states:
“To consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent” to follow.

Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code 74-206 (f), which states:
“To communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal
ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated.

All board meetings are open to the public.

Regular meetings are on the second Monday of every month and take place in the meeting rooms at the Sandpoint Library, unless otherwise posted.
