Yoga with Drew
Join us in practicing Vinyasa Flow, a creative and dynamic form of yoga that utilizes the breath to link poses and postures. Meeting weekly at the Sandpoint Library for 10 weeks. Each class is different and postures are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm. All skill levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat!
About our instructor: Drew Summey began practicing Vinyasa yoga in Orange County, California in 2018. On a progressive journey of internal transformation, discipline, and connectivity, he decided to obtain his Registered Yoga Teaching certificate in Sandpoint in 2022.
