Kids Color Our World At The Clark Fork Library

Join us at the Clark Fork Library on Tuesdays at 2pm for awesome events that will spark your creativity all summer long! These events are geared to elementary aged children. Find each day’s theme below.

June 10th – Pavilion Chalk Art
Join us to create colorful artwork on the pavilion floor, sign up for summer reading, enjoy a snack, and get your library calendar with all our program dates.

June 17th – Silhouette Collages
Create a colorful silhouette scene using colored paper strips, glue, and a silhouette cutout of your choice.

June 24th – Weaving
Weave a bookmark from yard on a cardboard loom, or use a loom made of straws to fashion a colorful bookmark.

July 1st – Shadow Puppets
Using various objects, we will create fun shadows and put our imaginations to use creating short scripts.

July 8th – Hang Yarn Art
Create a unique and colorful piece of decor by tying a series of simple knots onto a driftwood branch.

July 15th – Alcohol Ink Coasters
Use ink to create unique designs on ceramic coasters.

July 22nd – Acrylic Painting
Practice various simple techniques to create a colorful acrylic painting.

July 29th – Tie Dye
Join us to make your own tie-dyed T-shirt to take home. All supplies provided.
