Let’s Talk About It: Book Discussion Series
Let’s Talk About It (LTAI) has been connecting adult reading discussion groups with humanities scholars in public libraries across Idaho since 1985! The unique element of having a program scholar lead the presentation and facilitate interaction distinguishes these sessions from conventional book club discussions.
The “Through Indigenous Story: An Invitation to Understanding” theme focuses on literature by indigenous authors and celebrates storytelling as a powerful tool for learning and understanding. Join us in reading and discussing one or all of the books in our LTAI series.

Let’s Talk About It!
By engaging with Indigenous narratives, participants in LTAI can confront biases, deepen their appreciation for cultural resilience, and contribute to the ongoing struggle for Native sovereignty and equity. This theme aims to foster a sense of shared identity and humanity, encouraging dialogue and reflection on the richness of indigenous cultures and their enduring significance.
