Idaho Battle of the Books (IBOB) Info

IBOB: Idaho Battle of the Books is a school-year long reading trivia competition. The library is attempting to field a 3rd-6th grade elementary team and a 6th-8th grade middle school team. Sixth graders can join either team, but not both.
During IBOB, team members split up and read the 16 state-chosen books for that year. We meet weekly in the autumn to play reading games, talk about the books, and make sure everyone is on track. In January, we start using the practice questions. In March or April, we compete against other teams in the school district and/or region.

We are hosting three sessions that are merely informational to see if there are enough students who want to participate. Come to any of these sessions to learn more.
