Human Ties: Conversations That Matter

The Idaho Humanities Council, in partnership with The Pro-Voice Project, presents Human Ties: Conversations That Matter. This program provides opportunities for communities to come together and have respectful and civil conversations about challenging topics that are meaningful to Idahoans. Sandpoint’s conversations will focus on the subject “The Worth of a Woman,” looking at the broad topic through multiple lenses and perspectives.

Community Conversations are not lectures, panels, town halls, or presentations – these are actual conversations that require active participation from everyone, and will be moderated by trained facilitators. You don’t need any expertise to participate, just an open mind and willingness to listen.

Conversations take place at the Sandpoint Library, 1407 Cedar St., at 5:00 p.m:
Thursday, June 13
Friday, June 24
Tuesday, July 11
