Flex and Mobility

Come to the Clark Fork Library on Friday mornings for a free fitness class for light flexing, some yoga, a little Pilates, light cardio, muscle flexes, and everything else fitness-related.
Bring your walking shoes, yoga mat (highly recommended), and even your coffee!
All are welcome for this free, 50-minute class. Drop in for one class, or join us every week.
